I was told the firmware update would resolve them. The firmware has been updated even though there was no prompt stating so. After the loading and updating screens finished, the transmitter and the headphones continued flashing green simultaneously.

Thanks to the Turtle Beach Audio Hub, you have full access to control all of the settings available to the Elite Pro 2, including creating your own EQ profiles, enabling/disabling your noise gate. I waited for several minutes for this to stop, but they just kept on flashing. Then I tried plugging the headphones and transmitter into the Xbox to see if they worked any better. These are the issues I am still having:ġ) occasionally upon start up the headphones power down automatically.Ģ) when turning on headphones and connecting them to the Xbox, many times the Xbox sound volume is nonexistent or very low. I need to turn the headphones on and off sometimes two or three times before the sound volume is correct.ģ) when using the headphones with my iPhone via Bluetooth. When I finish dictating a text The media player/music player starts up automatically. So as soon as I finish dictating a text, music starts.
